3Dennis aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it at no cost. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt with defect details and photos. Upon confirmation, we will send you a replacement product at no extra charge.

Return Policy

Customers unsatisfied with their purchase may return items within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Products must be in original condition and packaging. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
